Fortnite-themed skins are seemingly coming to Destiny 2

    As reported on Twitter from Destiny data miner Ginsor A picture showing classic Fornite skins from Destiny 2 has been found. The image is believed to be a piece of marketing material that was found early.

    The skins include the Black Knight skin for the Titan class and a Drift Skin that is for the Warlock and an Omega skin for the Hunter. Each of the skins is inspired by famous Fortnite skins that were released in the first season of the game.

    There is no information on how to get the skins available, but it’s possible that the crossover will work both ways There are even Fortnite data miners indicating that Destiny skins may be available inside the game.

    Destiny 2 is getting ready to begin its new season of content, Season 1.

    Bungie will reveal future plans for Destiny 2 during a product event in the latter part of August.

    “Witness what’s next,” it teased by releasing a video that highlights the most important moments of The Light and Darkness saga, which you can view below.

    It is expected that the Destiny 2 showcase will take place on August 23rd, nearly exactly one year after the day that the studio staged an event similar to the one held.

    The next expansion for the game will be Lightfall. This will then be followed by a more unannounced chapter. Bungie has announced will be the final chapter in the first chapter in the world of Destiny.

    PlayStation maker Sony Interactive Entertainment announced earlier this month that it had completed its $3.6 billion acquisition of Bungie.

    Alongside the ongoing development of Destiny 2, Bungie has revealed plans to introduce at minimum one brand new IP to market by 2025.

    The studio is developing a brand new Destiny game that will be available on mobile in collaboration with Chinese gaming and tech giant NetEase who made a $100 million investment in order to become a minority investor in the Bellevue Washington-based studio in the year 2018.
