This guide was written for version 0.231. Some steps may not have been included, such as reminding you to collect the clay.
Do not automatically supply every task when it is available. Because of their work priorities, and the auto supply system, your villagers may interrupt you clearing hay at inappropriate times. If you feel that you are running out of supplies or notice a stoppage in work, you can queue up several tasks at once. You can queue up 200 straw at the threshing plant, turn logs into 200 branches in one batch, or make 100 nails in one go. You can help villager become more self-sufficient, but less efficient, by auto-supplying the tasks I mentioned.
If you rely on the! Priority setting is done by clicking on the priority number. This will make it so that villagers stop doing their jobs. You might need to adjust your skill priorities for your villager if you are relying too heavily on this priority setting.
Stone roofing does not have to be placed above a fireplace. If there is a pile of straw near the roof, it will catch on fire.
You don’t have to worry about windows losing heat.
Dirt roads may seem insignificant at first glance, as they are only 11% of the road network. Consider this. You can slow down movement by removing grass from your surroundings. This will reduce the speed to 56%. Clearing grass will increase your move speed by 77%. For the 11% speed bonus, the dirt road will keep grass away and take 2 units to place. I will reiterate: the difference between placing dirt roads on grass (56% > 111%) and dirt roads on dirt (77% to 111%) is significant.
Your roads are covered in snow during winter, which can negate any speed boost they offer. Although you can make the roads more pliable by putting a roof over them, it will eventually collect dirt and mud since it doesn’t get the rain to wash it away. Dirt and mud do not affect the road’s environment score.
You can use the UI to break down hay you have accumulated. If you click on the stack of Hay, hover over the button at the bottom left to break it down. It will display how much hay it will give you if you go ahead.
Are you annoyed that there are only 1000 mushrooms you can dry on a drying rack? Set it to dry 20 mushrooms and then set it up to dry again.
If you leave a stump in ground, mushrooms can grow to a density 9 when compared to 6 if they are next to healthy trees. If you remove the stumps in winter, you will have a better source of logs.
To locate a particular farm animal, click on the hand left at the bottom of the UI. Then it will display all of your farm animals.
100 percent water can support 10 eels, and 2 fish per day from them.
You can see the information box at the top of the page to see how much reputation your business is gaining before any guest, worker, or merchant leaves the area.
You can click a fertile eggs to make it a regular egg. This will give you an egg that is worth 1000 food. Wait until the egg hatches to produce a chick. The chick can then be made into 5 meat that is worth 2000 per piece if it’s smoked.
When I killed a grown pig, it gave me 60 meat and 8 hides. A juvenile pig can produce 40 meat and 5 hides. If the merchant is selling one, it’s well worth the investment.
Double-clicking an item selects all items. Shift-click an item to select all items of the same type across the entire map. You can add an item to your current selection by pressing CTRL+C.
Cut stones and smoked meats are the best ways to make money.
Choose your villager and help the world generation
Change the world settings to +1 rainforest, +1 grassland, and +1 wildlife
I recommend 151818161 for map seeds. The spawn point is surrounded by grass and there’s a 100% fish lake nearby. It is so dense that it was difficult to find flax and oat the second winter. They are found south and east of the spawning point, near the map edge. Bear in mind, that even though the seed is identical, placements for rabbit and fox are different.
You don’t have to be afraid of re-rolling the characters in this scenario. Although you might believe that you will need the money to buy food during winter, I can assure you that merchants won’t be around when it gets below -30C. Click the orphans button to reroll all characters for free.
You don’t want three villagers who hate building, crafting or hauling. No matter what good traits you have, you will have a hard time. The worst trait is hateful hauling. Although repair is useful for tending to fires, it doesn’t take very long. They are at least re-igniting cooking stoves.
I would recommend that you have one chef, one resource gatherer, and one craftsman. As these skills are essential to keep the chef in the loop, the chef must be proficient in cooking, repair, crafting or building, or both. Resource gatherers will be responsible for gathering materials. They should have skills in mining, harvesting, lumbering, hunting, and building proficiency. Craftsman skills include crafting, gathering, clothing, and building proficiency.

Spring Day 1 Year 1
Your new home is waiting for you. Or grave. Gravehome sounds like a good village name.
You will need to disable any skills that are causing unhappiness for your skill assignments. Next, you’ll need to determine who will be performing long-term tasks and who will stay in the village. I have 1 chef, 1 resource seeker, and 1 craftsman. A chef can live in a village and still have the skills to cook, repair, craft, build, and all other skills that will keep him close to his base. Continue hauling more than harvest, mining, and hunting. Resource gatherers will be out gathering materials in order to have mining, harvesting (which may affect gathering straw), lumbering and hunting, as well as building, higher than any other skills. Craftsman: This person can gather, craft, make clothes, and build higher than others. They may also travel to collect berries, sticks, stones, or stay in a village to craft. These skills can be arranged in different ways depending on how proficient they are or if they gain happiness doing them. However, mining should always be the highest priority than harvesting and lumbering for your resource gatherer. They will end up wasting their time rummaging around camp instead of working hard to get iron. If gathering isn’t high on your craftsman, you may find yourself without berries in a critical moment. This will force you to give priority job status that will cause everyone to quit what they are doing to go gather berries. Hunting will be the most important skill of the resource gatherer, even before mining. Eel traps must be collected by the morning in order to provide enough food for the day.
Below is a screen shot of my skill assignments. Symon is my chef; Bess my resource gatherer, and Nathaniel my craftsman. The stats shown in the screenshot might be higher than the ones they started with. Because I couldn’t find anyone gathering food, sticks, or stones, I had to tweak the skill assignments several times while I was playing. Or, that my mining was not high enough on the priority list to get iron when I needed it.
It is important to consider which bodies of water are home to fish. Look at the water near their shorelines and you will see a stat that reads Fishing: 100/100%. 100 % water can support 10 eels, with 2 fish being fished from them each day. Although you have only 10 eels at first, it is possible to fish for more than that.
Collect 30 berries (each bush should have 5 berries at the spawning point), as well as sticks and stones. Make a food stash. You will need to place your drinking, washing, and sleeping areas. Once you have a stockpile of ingredients and found a large rock, stop large stones being taken to it. Set up a work area and supply 2 sickles. Clear the grass along the shoreline and remove some of the reeds. A thresher is needed. If you have not threshed any Hay, it is time to stop gathering hay seeds for your food stockpile. Make an eel trap. You can set the trap to catch 10 eels. Then wait for tomorrow to start it again. You will need to make a fireplace. My fireplace was placed on the shoreline. The cooking fire should be set to cook 50 eels. Remove raw eels from your food stockpile. A flammable blocker stockpile should be placed around the cooking stove. You can use 1 stone to hoe your bed.
You should have 25 berries in your freezer until fall. You can also have enough food for two days. You can also check the expiration date of your eels to make sure you don’t leave your orphans hungry.
Spring Day 2 Year 1
Complete the stone hoe. Make two poop holes. It is best to space them so that you can place a 3×3 plot of land over each one. As shown in the graphic below.
Auto supply a stone saw and auto supply 20 twine. While you wait for the stone to axe, create a clothing zone.
It is time to plan where the house will be placed. Time to decide whether to keep or to remove berry bushes.
Don’t think that sleeping mats are a bad idea. I tried it once. The sleeping mats not only provide 3 extra hours of sleep, but also prevent cleanliness from decreasing while you’re sleeping. The main difference between the mats and a house is that you don’t have to worry about productivity deteriorating when they are wet. The “sleeping outside debuff” (-500 mood max, -2 sleep) will be gone until you build your home.
When deciding where to put your house, I recommend that you choose a location near any rabbits and close to your goods stockpile. Turn on the temperature overlay if you want to be able to see the rabbits clearly. You should not keep the house too close to water in order to harvest eels. The winter will be too harsh for eel traps. You can still ice fish in winter. You just need a spot to fish. Problem with the fishing spot is that your villager will probably have low hunting skills which will lead to them spending a lot of time trying to catch one fish. They won’t stop enjoying their thrilling experience to satisfy their hunger. You need to warm up once you have reached 0 degrees. You will also need 5 nails and 10 twine, plus 20 branches. You should remember that you will need nails if you’re on a map with less iron deposits. Hunting is my preferred winter option because you get hides that you can use to warm your villager. Ice fishing is more of a supplement.
Because it is close to water and storage, I will place my house in the middle. It is also near all the bunnies.
A 5×7 house design is recommended. This will allow for 6 sleeping zones, and 3 tiles to be used for other tasks. Tasks like a tile for a hide shelf (the storage, not hunting one called a hunt rack), one tile to make a meat rack, and one tile to make a serving tray. Do not feel pressured to make all of these storage items right away.
A lot of straw is required. The UI is a great way to reduce the number of hay seeds you have and to save time over threshing. You should have 1000 hay seeds to feed your chickens in winter and also for the spring so you can grow new grass patches if you don’t live in a grassy area. To save time, I ended up using 400 seeds for my winter chicken feed. You might consider 1000 hay seed if you can afford 500 hay seeds per square.
This design will help you protect your villagers and their seeds from the rain faster.
As you can see, I am only building the roofing and walls to protect the necessities from the rain at night.
Once you have gathered your first logs, set your stockpile as deny logs. This will prevent them from trying to collect logs every time they cut down a tree and then drag it to the stockpile 3 feet away.
Spring Day 3 Year 1
Keep building the house. Place two dump stockpiles once you have a dump pile. This will allow you to build a 3×3 farm plot around them, just like with the poop holes.
Placing a butcher block near your food stockpile will pause its construction. If you place a station near a stockpile, it will start to dump its resources into the stockpile. You can also create a corpse storage pile on the opposite side of the block to allow human corpses.
After the house has been built, you can make sleeping mats for your villager. The house is being built refers to the four walls that I suggested building with the roofing over the beds. As you add more straw, they can finish the rest. Also, take out any sleeping spots that are not under the roof.
After you have made the sleeping mats, make a meat rack or a basket for the roof.
Spring Day 4 Year 1
Clear paths between your house and the stock pile, while keeping berry bushes & trees out. You can also pave over the berrybushes. You have the option. You will need hay to clear the path from your home to the iron ore deposit. Make a dirt road in the area where your villager is going to reach the iron deposit. They circle the lake’s north side to reach the iron. You don’t have to follow the path to the iron. It is enough to clear the base of all the grass. I prefer to avoid berry bushes and trees far from my village. It seems that if you build roads on top of trees, it is impossible to log by the builder.
In the tips section, I explained why it is good to have dirt paths constructed even though they are only dirt roads. If you’re interested, give it a look.
Spring Day 5 Year 1
After the house has been built, you can supply 2 flutes and a stone pick. To prevent other villages from using the pick, make sure your gatherer is the owner. Click on the villager to click the lock and key icon. Then click the pick. Click the pick. Click on the lock and key icon above the pick icon, and then click on the villager. The map will show you how to mine iron. My map shows 26 tiles of iron. It is located to my south east. Iron is often located far from the village so you’ll want to be aware of the location and time of your resource gatherer. You can make sure that the miner takes the afternoon off to rest and gets back to the village in time for their needs.
Spring Day 6 Year 1
To make a future cooking fire, harvest grass and chop down trees that are close to the south end of the house. Make a charcoal kiln near the ingredient stockpile. The main stockpile should be disarmed of clay. The charcoal kiln won’t emit sparks, so don’t be concerned about starting a fire. You can auto supply 30 charcoal. A kiln should be built next to the ingredient stockpile. It also doesn’t produce sparks. You can supply 50 clay bricks to your auto. Place a bloomery by the water source and a flammable blocker storage pile. Block iron ingots once you have made an iron ingot. They don’t need it to be hauled 3 feet away from the output.
Spring Day 7 Year 1
After 50 bricks are completed, the village should start on their flowering plants. This is possible if you have 100 clay. You can supply 30 iron ingots. When the first batch of iron ingots is out, make a timbery at the end closest to the ingredient stockpile. This will allow you to turn logs into planks and sticks. If you’re like me, you won’t have time to gather branches in groups of 6 from trees. You will have an overwhelming amount of logs that can quickly be turned into 20 sticks per log. You can also manually assign sticks to be made to ensure that craftsmen don’t have to interrupt what they are doing. Once they are below a threshold, you can go back and make another batch of 20 sticks. Although there might be an easier solution with the station’s repeat mechanics, I prefer to use auto supply for making sticks.
Spring Day 8 Year 1
You can now order a stone brick wall for the south side. This wall will shelter your cooking fire, so don’t use hay or wattle. A hay roof should be placed over it. A roof can catch fire only if there is something else on the ground that is also catching fire. A bundle of hay.

Two sacks should be made at the clothing zone. Do not bother with auto-queuing as it will drain your straw supply. Instead, make chamber pots at your kiln when you run out of toilet pots. You should not move the covered cooking fire if it contains anything that is flammable. You can move items around the area using a flammable blocker inventory.
You can order 1 clay jug at the kiln.
Spring Day 9 Year 1
The resource gatherer should have finished mining the iron deposit. Your new cooking spot should not be lit. Logs may be occupying your fire area. Make sure your main ingredient pile does not contain logs. Create a new pile of logs near your timbery. Once the 10 eels have been caught, move the stove to the heat. Make 6 sack cloth shirts.
Spring Day 10 Year 1
Last day to gather berries. In fall, they will gradually drop from 5/5 to 1/5 per bush.
I ran out of sticks, so I ordered some at the timbery. To temporarily dry the seeds while I waited for the next building, I built a 1×2 area in my kitchen. The chicken coop/mushroom drying space is next on my list. This will be a 4×7 extension to house your chickens or dry your mushrooms. Your orphans will likely be thin at this point so make sure you have enough roofing to dry all potential mushrooms. I also decreased the priority of the Wattle Walls to 4 and left my roof at 5.
To make the drying rack, you will need 50 mushrooms. You won’t be able to unlock that idea until fall day 2 or 3. You should find 6/6 mushrooms in the spots to the east and west. However, it is still summer so there won’t likely be much mushroom picking. Once you have unlocked the mushroom drying racks, place three of them in the area shown in the screenshot. You will place two serving baskets between them when you space them out. For more information on where to place the mushroom drying racks, see fall day 3. You might not finish the chicken coop until fall day 2. You should also make a critter door to allow the chickens to pass through it. This will provide light, so you don’t need to create a window.
1. Fall Day 1 Year 1
Soon, it will start to rain almost daily. To avoid being unable to thresh in the rain, you might want to start a queue for threshing hay. You might need to go ahead if your village is sitting around waiting with nothing to do. You could also deconstruct more of the hay to make straw, and you won’t get the 1000 hay seed I suggested earlier in this guide. Now that I think about it, cutting down reeds could be a better option than waiting for the rain to make straw.
Make a second basket to hold the dried mushrooms and mushrooms. It should be placed between the mushroom drying racks. They will then empty into the second serving basket. For information on the placement of the serving baskets and mushroom racks, see fall day 3. Make some planks. Create a smithy. Place a flammable blocker inventorypile around it. Make another batch of clay jugs. Make 100 nails. Do not auto-supply nails.
Fall Day 2 Year 1
You should have completed your mushroom drying area / chicken coop. Four animal beds should be made for your chickens. To unlock the mushroom drying rack, gather more mushrooms. Clear more hay to obtain more straw and hay seed. Clear the grass surrounding your house. This will allow you to make one final expansion before winter arrives. After you have about 100 stones in your main stockpile, take the stone out of your ingredient stockspiles. So your village doesn’t have to haul stone they don’t need. To stop people from coming to your home, make a vacancy sign. Six sack cloth coifs will be needed. You will need to vent the sleeping area from the cooking stove room. At the end of the day, the oldest baby should be considered a child. You can check their characteristics, assign skills to them and deactivate the one they don’t like. I gave them the building skill, followed by their favorite skill and repair. It is not worth their time to do any other tasks. They are too inept to move large stones from the iron mine site. You might find larger stones in a nearby rock deposit if you use mine mountains. In that case, I would send the newest member to the workforce to mine large rocks. Your resource gatherer would be better off looking for straw.
Fall Day 3 Year 1
To make it easier to use toilets and build stone tools quicker, you can create a workbench. Your hay seed stockpile should be moved from the cooking stove room to the chicken coop. In your cooking fire place, make a water dipper. After the workbench is built, remove any work area that was used to make stone tools. You will need to prepare 2 chamber pots for the kiln. In the chicken coop/mushroom rack area, place 3 mushroom drying racks. Start building an outhouse to house your villager. You can make the walls from wattle, but you don’t need to put a roof on your outhouse yet.
Autumn day 4 year 1
You will need 6 sackcloth tunics. Your serving basket from your bedroom into the chicken coop/moulder drying room. After your mushroom drying racks are built, you can supply 1000 mushrooms. Gather mushrooms.
Fall Day 5 Year 1
At this point, I had 9 days’ worth of food and 195 dried mushrooms. You can queue up 6 sackcloth bottoms. It was pouring so I made hay from it and queued up the reeds to cut. You can queue up another 100 nails. Make a sign for a trading post. Finish constructing the butcher block next to the food pile. You may be required to start killing baby chicks in order to increase your food supply. When I was done building the coop, I had only built 4 beds and am currently making 2. Make a water trough to house your chickens.
Autumn day 6 year 1
After the butcher block has been built, you can make a hide rack. It is located in the hunting section. You will need to dry it so you can place it in your bedroom. After that is done, make a shelf for the hides. After you have butchered an animal, cook 30 pieces of meat on the cooking fire. This is your most difficult task yet… 300 straws for 6 sack cloth-covered cloaks. I hope that you have learned how to obtain straw. You should not try to collect hay from the area where your chickens are eating. Although I don’t know if the game considers how short the grass is when determining harvesting speed, it’s not a good idea for your chickens to graze further away from their coop than necessary.
Remember that straw is still needed to cover the south-west expansion, which you should gradually build. You should also stockpile straw to cover the south west expansion. The straw will need replacing as the chickens use the bedding. I just wanted to let you know that straw must be stored now in order not to waste it on making straw beds. In my time, we slept on the ground. We had to endure -5 cleanliness per hour.
Fall day 7 Year 1
This day, your oldest orphan will be an adult. I have 10 days left of food. In the south west expansion, build a second cooking stove. Before you place the cooking fire, make sure that the walls are brick. Also, remember to add the flammable blocker storage pile. The second cooking fire should be finished. Install vents to allow heat to transfer into the chicken coop or the sleeping area. A simple bow can be made. For your chickens, build a grain trough. Gather mushrooms. You can just give them a large area that is the most dense and let them go at it.
Autumn day 8 year 1
Do you need more straw and hay? You can make a dirt path to the mushrooms you are collecting. In the southwest room, make a meat smoker. Although the bathtub isn’t essential for survival, I don’t like my villager friends living in filthy houses all winter. It increases their chances of developing the sickly trait as they age. But I could be wrong. You should make sure that your south rooms have windows. Also, don’t put straw windows in the fire’s vicinity. They are flammable. If there are no more buildings, assign your fourth villager as a hauler. You can queue up 200 sticks for the timbery. You have to aim for 1000 sticks in winter.
Autumn day 9 year 1
594 dried mushrooms, 331 mushrooms. 412 hay, 58 straw. 154 logs. 286 water jugs Roofs are essential for all buildings. As the outhouse. Your trap will catch 15 eels. Combining this with a low hunting score will lead to slow fishing speeds at a fishing spot.
Autumn day 10 year 1
830 dried mushrooms; 334 hay; 249 straw. Below is a screen shot to prove it.
Double verify that vents are properly placed. Your guys shouldn’t freeze at night due to heat trapped in small rooms where the cooking fires are.
If it isn’t raining, you can queue up for an iron pick. This can be used to create masonry later. You can leave it until winter if you don’t have the time. You can build a well using masonry. To make clean water, you can boil water over a fire. A bathtub is difficult to maintain and requires lots of water. I think a well will make it easier for your family to have a bath in winter, when the weather is less favorable.
To catch 25, set the eels. It might not be accurate to say that 23 days of food will be consumed as there may be some eels that turn bad. It is still noteworthy, considering the group’s humble beginnings. I intend to get more straw. Auto supply 50 smoked meats at the meat smoker. Logs from the ingredient stockpile close to the timbery should be turned back. To stop villagers from wandering across your map looking for 5 stones or other silly things, ban everything from the iron deposit location. Double-clicking an item will select all of the items on your screen. Shift-click an item to select all of its type across the entire map. You can add an item to your current selection by pressing CTRL+C.
One fox entered camp, and there are four foxes marked on the map with 0 hunger. (I believe they are currently hungry). It looks like I got some meat and hides for free just in time to enjoy winter.
Winter Day 1 Year 1

But enough self-congratulations. It is possible to survive winter. Open up the inventory, then click on the corpses icon. This menu will display which rabbits died naturally and can still be killed. Click on any rabbit listed and you will be able to un-forbid it so that a villager can take it back. It is important to remember that the rabbits will become more cold and less able to travel far as they age. There are no senior rabbits listed so I suggest looking for them to hunt. Meat is not the main goal. The primary goal is to hide fur clothing. Turn on the temperature overlay, and look for some old rabbits.
Boil water on a stovetop. If you have a bath tub, you will need to boil 1000 gallons of water each time you use it. You can always make more jugs for the kiln. It was enough to have 300 jugs, but it is worth having more. All the bedding for your chicken coop should be boosted, along with their water and grain. You should not have any liquid water enabled on your external food stockpiles. Otherwise, your villagers might store it out and freeze it.
It is a good idea to build a fishing spot in order to catch one fish from a lake that is usually 100% fish stat. After all of the fishing for eels I ordered, it will be down to around 30/66%. To catch 10 eels, you should adjust the eel trap. It is important to remember to fish the lake to a minimum in spring. However, this fishing spot is not necessary as your worker may get very cold and possibly even lose their health.
If you haven’t already made one, make one and use it for masonry. This will allow you to cut stones that can be used for making a well. However, the well will require an iron pick. If you don’t have one you will need it or heat up the water. Make a shelter for your smithy if it is too snowy. You will need just enough roofing to cover all the blue area around the smithy. Each large stone can produce two cut stones, so the well will need 20 pieces of stone. Keep an eye on the temperature gauge and mine some stone near you. Do not allow cut stones to be hauled to your main stockpile.
You can order 6 fur hats.
To ensure that the melted water containers can occupy the space adjacent to the cooking fires, make sure they have flammable blocking agents. You can use the outside mushroom drying racks to take over 3 spots in your house that you don’t need for liquid water. To fill the bathtub, 200 gallons of water must be placed in clay jugs.
You can auto-supply your stone tools with 2 each.
You should buy oat sheafs or flax if you plan to store 300-400 grams of gold during winter. It is possible that you will wait until the fourth day of spring to have everything ready. You could also move the thresher to another part of the mountain you excavated to process the flax and oats.
Winter Day 2 Year 1
You can check for rabbits who died naturally. You will be building brick paths outdoors so get some clay. Brick paths will not help in winter, but they will make spring more manageable. Brick paths will not work if they are covered with snow. To auto-supply 400, place the clay bricks.
Winter Day 3 Year 1
This day was spent getting my water system in order, hunting rabbits, digging earth, and checking my charcoal kiln.
Winter Day 4 Year 1
With wind chill, the temperature fell to -24C. Because I had about 300 stones before I gave the task, I chose to make some flooring. During the night, your fifth and sixth orphans become juveniles. Reorganize their skills and disable anything they don’t enjoy.
Winter Day 5 Year 1
It was -34.2C outside with wind chill at night. It reached -24C in the middle of the day. The first traders of winter came to me. I bought some berries, and sold some chickens. I gave some brick roads outside.
Winter Day 6 Year 1
I sold lots of smoked meats, bricks, and other items and purchased all the straw, flax sheafs, and oat sheafs that a merchant had available for sale. I had six fur hats made by evening and enough hide to make 2 fur tunics. I also hunted a couple of senior rabbits for their fur.
Winter day 7 year 1
It’s -21C outside with windchill. The well was finally built. Finally, a rabbit died of natural causes. I sent someone to haul it. I purchased a pig at 28 gold. When I killed it, it produced 60 meat and 8 hides.
Winter day 8 year 1
It was -11C outside with windchill. It reached a balmy 4C outside so I set up the fishing spot to catch two raw fish and then wait for next day.
Winter day 9 year 1
Wind chill: -5.8C Your second orphan will be an adult. You can check if they have any traits. I asked my village to mine some rock from a nearby rock deposit. I have completed six fur tunics.
Winter Day 10 Year 1
Wind chill: -6.5C You will need a tailor bench, and a structure to protect it from the rain. To make a complete set of linen clothes for your villager, you will need enough flax to last until summer. It is easier to transport large stones for the ceiling if it is near a large rock deposit. You could also build it near a farm to make hauling flax easier.
It was 6×6 in size. I plan to use large stones for the outside ring, while the tile roof will cover the interior. If I have not done this structure justice, please see the image below.
The roof is not completely covering the tailoring bench, as you may have noticed. It is not covered by the roof because the area where the villager stands is underneath the roof. After the tailoring bench has been completed, take down the clothes zone.

Spring Day 1 year 2
You will need a space that can house a worker, as well as be used for the purpose of making babies. It will need to be large enough to accommodate a double bed, two water dippers, a bathtub, and some other utilities. If a baby is born, it may need to have enough space for a bed. As you plan to lay fancy tiles, place a floor mat near the building’s door. Tile roofing was my choice for the roof. They require less nails and don’t use up straw. Get some reeds ready to go and set their priority to 4. Plant berry bushes if you can afford to buy berries. For now, turn off the fishing spot as you are likely to be swimming in food. It is not worth the effort to catch 1 fish at once.
Spring Day 2 Year 2
Build a second charcoal kiln. Start to plow a field around the 2 dump spots and poop holes. If you are following my map seed, dig out the eastern mountain. Although you’re mostly looking for large stones, iron can also be found.
Spring Day 3 Year 2
Create a job board to help you complete all the other tasks. Begin making fertiliser sacks at your tailor bench. You can now thresh any flax or oat you have bought in the winter. It started to rain so I moved the thresher in the covered area where I was making the clothes.
Spring Day 4 Year 2
You can now move that thresher! To get them to move it immediately, give priority to the location being moved. You can also! Priority the thresher after it has been set up. An iron hoe is required to plant flax and oats. You need to make sure you are buying more iron, and that you dig up a mountain in order to find more. So I created a second bloomery to help me convert iron into iron bars.
I think I should make a place to hold just chamber pots. 13 of them were mine. They are finally being emptied at the compost.
Spring Day 5 Year 2
A 3×6 area for flax and 3×6 for oat should be assigned to the tilled soil. In the water, make 2 flax rettings. You will probably get your job board completed today, along with the space for that worker.
Spring Day 6 year 2
Workers arriving at your site should be kept in mind. Once the flax cures, the flax dressing must be unlocked. You will need 100 nails to build that. To ensure that cured flax stems are not taken from your main stockpile, you should also disallow them from the tailoring ingredients stockpile. Once the flax dressing is built, auto supply 1000 flax fibers.
Over the next few days, slowly replace the sleep mats by straw beds. This should be done in the mornings to prevent workers from being too busy making new beds.
Spring Day 7 Year 2
A job seeker showed up at my door with the heavy sleeper gene. She was a skilled hunter and farmer and hated to build. I hired her. I gave the suite to her.
Once the flax fibres are created, you can stack them up in the sewing shed’s ingredients pile and then let them go in the main pile. Make a spinning wheel. Once you have completed this, start to supply 1000 linen hanks. Set the linen hanks ingredient stockpile again. Next, build a loom. You will need 40 planks, so you can supply 50 planks to the timbery. Make 1 linen cloth at your loom. Set the stockpile settings to make linen cloth. Do not automatically supply linen cloth. To make clothes, you still need linen hanks so make them manually. Begin with linen coifs, then move on to linen bottoms (which has a higher mood than sack cloth bottoms which are 700) and finally to linen shirts.
I constructed a coal- and ash bin right next to my charcoal fire. These are how they should be set up.
K is the charcoal kiln. C is the coal bin. A is the ashbin. They will then auto pile into the bins to protect them from the rain.
You can either add 2 additional toilets to the outhouse, or build an outhouse near your iron mine site.

Now I have seven linen coifs. Flax I have planted is almost ready to be harvested. Wild flax is still at 3.0/10. Make straw beds for everyone. The worker was willing to join the family, so I made straw beds for everyone. This frees up one bed in the main sleeping area, as the couple now occupy a double bed. The village was visited by a man who asked for 50 gold per day. I wanted to find out why. He claimed to have level 10/14 in mining and 4 in most other areas. He is quite old.
It was a lucky find to have a lamb, so now it is time to build a barn. It was attached to my deluxe suite.
Spring Day 10 Year 2
By the end of the day, there will be 8 linen coifs as well as 7 linen bottoms. From here, the rest of your game should be easy. Good luck.
